ESI is seeking a Program Manager to provide onsite project management and be a chief liaison to the customer for the design, development and implementation of project activities across multiple teams and manages the program's maintenance and operations.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Plans and designs complex business processes and system modifications and makes recommendations to improve business activities
• Analyzes documents and complex client business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to teams.
• Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develops specifications to support these modifications.
• Schedules and reports on program activities, identifies resource requirements well in advance, coordinates using personnel resources, identifies issues and provides solutions to problems. 
• Facilitates compliance with audit requests and timely responses to audit inquiries.
• Ensures sufficient staffing on programs as well as timely and effective execution of project tasks.
• Manages system change control and ensures system design and development is performed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree & PMP Certification required. Masters Degree a plus.
• 15 Years of project management experience, managing multiple teams and meeting deadlines.
• Fluency in Agile Methodology
